Who provides the app

MindingPeople is provided by SSD GRUP SRL. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the app

MindingPeople is a personal organization and reminder app for managing people, notes, dates, reminders, and relationship context. You may use the app only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.

Accounts and access

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in method and for activity that occurs under your account. You may use email/password, Google, or Sign in with Apple when available.

Subscriptions and billing

MindingPeople offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple, including premium tiers such as monthly and yearly plans where available. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Managing subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings after purchase. If you purchased premium and need to restore access on the same Apple account, use Restore Purchases from the in-app paywall.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the app to store unlawful, abusive, or harmful content. Do not store highly sensitive personal data such as passwords, government identifiers, financial account numbers, or medical records in MindingPeople.

Your content

You retain responsibility for the content you add to the app, including notes, reminders, people data, images, and relationship information. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and store that content.

Account deletion

The app includes a Delete account feature for supported accounts. That action is separate from Delete all local data. Delete account is intended to permanently remove the account, associated synced records, uploaded avatars, and local app data tied to that user.

Availability and changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time. Features may evolve as the product matures, including reminders, premium limits, syncing, export tools, or legal flows.

Disclaimers

MindingPeople is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep the app useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or that reminders will never fail due to device, platform, network, or operating system conditions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SSD GRUP SRL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Apple-specific terms

If you access MindingPeople on an Apple device, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and SSD GRUP SRL, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, except as required under applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means the updated Terms apply to your future use of the app.
